2. Products and orders

These terms apply to purchases from arinna19.com. Read each product description, condition statement, photographs and included-accessory list before ordering. Equipment is used unless the listing states otherwise. Any testing, servicing or warranty applies only as expressly described for that item. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Please provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. You can review and correct your order before submitting it. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable or we identify a material listing or pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfil. We will not substitute goods or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

3. Prices and payment

The applicable currency, product price, delivery charges and taxes collected by us are shown before payment. Use the payment methods offered at checkout or agreed in writing with us. Any destination import charges not collected at checkout will be explained in the applicable shipping information or quotation. Contact us before ordering if the total cost is unclear.

4. Delivery

Delivery availability, charges and any stated delivery estimate depend on the item and destination. For bulky equipment or destinations without a checkout rate, contact us for a shipping quotation before ordering. We will inform you of material delays. For consumer orders, goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.

5. Returns and refunds

Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Notify us within 14 days after receipt if you wish to make a change-of-mind return, then return the goods within a further 14 days. The buyer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns. Rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected.

6. Medical equipment

Before clinical use, the buyer must arrange appropriate professional inspection, testing, calibration, servicing and cleaning or decontamination as required for the equipment. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable local requirements. A listing is not medical advice or a substitute for professional assessment of suitability. Items expressly sold for parts or repair must not be put into clinical service without appropriate repair and validation. These requirements do not remove our obligation to supply goods as described or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. No product disclaimer overrides those rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse another person’s information.

9. Questions, complaints and applicable law

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under the law applicable to you. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an accepted order.
