Refund policy

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Notify us at all2beltd@outlook.com or through our Contact page, including your order number and the item you wish to return. You do not need to give a reason for a change-of-mind cancellation. After notifying us, send the goods back within a further 14 days.

Return postage

The buyer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns. Package the goods securely; we recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution. We will cover reasonable return costs where required by applicable law.

Item condition

Please return all supplied accessories and documentation. You may inspect the goods, but we may reduce your refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where legally permitted.

Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. For eligible cancellations, we will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Where required by law, refunds include the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.

Your rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. The 14-day change-of-mind period does not limit those rights.
